NeKu.AI Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of NeKu.AI subscriptions processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

By subscribing to NeKu.AI, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • NeKu.AI operates on a subscription basis
  • All payments are handled securely by Paddle
  • Paddle appears as the seller on customer invoices and statements

Refund requests are reviewed in line with Paddle buyer protection guidelines.


2. Free Trial and Evaluation

If a free trial or evaluation access is available:

  • You can test the platform before committing to a paid plan
  • No charges apply until the trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid billing

If no free trial is available, you may request assistance from our support team before subscribing.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • You were charged by mistake due to a technical issue
  • You were charged after canceling within the allowed time
  • You were unable to access the service due to a verified platform issue

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after usage
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Inability to integrate with unsupported systems
  • User configuration errors outside our responsibility

Each request is evaluated individually.


4. Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
  • Renewal dates are shown during checkout and in your Paddle receipt
  • You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue

No refunds are issued for renewals after the billing date has passed.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

  • Order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant screenshots or technical details

Refunds, when approved, are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.


6. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future renewals
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund

Instructions for cancellation are available through the platform or by contacting support.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy when required. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
