General Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NeKu.AI operates on a subscription basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All payments are handled securely by PayTR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayTR appears as the seller on customer invoices and statements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests are reviewed in line with PayTR buyer protection guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Free Trial and Evaluation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a free trial or evaluation access is available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can test the platform before committing to a paid plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No charges apply until the trial ends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid billing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If no free trial is available, you may request assistance from our support team before subscribing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
