By accessing or using our website [<a href=\"https:\/\/neku.ai\">https:\/\/neku.ai<\/a>] or the application at [<a href=\"https:\/\/app.neku.ai\">https:\/\/app.neku.ai<\/a>], you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Permitted and Prohibited Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate any intellectual property, privacy, trademark, or other rights of third parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Services to build, train, or improve competing AI products without written permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresent AI generated content as human created where it may mislead others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the platform for critical decisions in regulated industries without appropriate safeguards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. User Content and Output<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for all data, prompts, files, and materials you submit to the platform (\u201cUser Content\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You retain ownership of your User Content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You grant NeKu.AI a limited license to process User Content and generated output solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so and agree to indemnify NeKu.AI against claims arising from your use of the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Services are provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeKu.AI is not liable for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business interruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decisions made based on AI generated output<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your use of the platform is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The arbitration will take place in Ankara, Turkey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class action lawsuits are not permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may opt out by notifying us in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
