Who can apply?

Anyone with a work email address can apply. Employees of consulting companies and companies using SAP are equally eligible. No management title, company size, purchase intent or demo meeting is required.

• Consulting company employee: Discuss a concept; prepare questions and checks for your analysis.
• In-house SAP team or SAP user: Structure a problem and separate expected from observed behaviour before discussing it with your team.

What is included?

Free access covers only the Digital SAP Consultant chat. The period ends on 31 October 2026 at 23:59 Istanbul time. Request access with your work email through the free access application form.

Connections to customer SAP systems, setup, other workflows, custom development and human consulting services are outside this campaign and can be assessed separately. You do not need an SAP connection or a credit card to start chatting.

There is no additional trial-day, message-quota or limited-seat condition. There is no automatic charge when the campaign ends. Later terms will be announced separately. Without an agreed paid continuation, the free workflow entitlement ends with the campaign.

How do you start?

1. Open the application form; Digital SAP Consultant free access is already selected. Enter your name, work email and company. Additional comments are optional.
2. We open accounts manually. Applying again with the same email does not create a second account.

How should you use answers?

AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. State your SAP version, module, process step, expected result and redacted error text. Check that any suggested source or SAP Note exists and applies to your version. Verify proposed production changes with your authorised team and test them in an appropriate environment first.

Do not share passwords, access keys, personal data, customer documents or unnecessary confidential information. A campaign account does not authorise anyone to represent their employer or access its SAP system.

Misuse condition

We reserve the right to close accounts for unauthorised attempts to access another person’s account or data, circumventing security controls, misuse through credential sharing, deliberate service disruption or unlawful use. High usage alone is not misuse.
