NeKu AI is an enterprise, sales-assisted product. Pricing is determined by the selected products, users and usage scope, SAP or other system integrations, cloud or on-premise deployment, security requirements and support model.
The first conversation is not a generic presentation. It is used to understand your actual use case so we can show only the relevant capabilities and provide a quote that states clearly what is included.

What determines the quote?
Instead of applying one price to every organization, we identify the products and services you will actually use.
Product and use case
We identify whether you need ready SAP AI workflows, Flow Builder, SAP MCP Server, SAP Fiori Chatbot or a custom multi-agent system.
Integration scope
The SAP systems, enterprise data sources, authentication method and permitted actions shape the technical scope.
Deployment and security
Managed cloud or on-premise deployment, network boundaries, data policies, access control and audit expectations are assessed together.
Implementation and support
Pilot, adaptation, training, rollout and ongoing support requirements are described separately and clearly in the quote.

01How much does NeKu AI cost?＋
NeKu AI does not have one public list price for every customer. Pricing is prepared as a tailored enterprise quote based on product scope, integrations, deployment, usage, security and support requirements.
02Why is there no price published on the website?＋
Starting with a ready workflow and deploying a custom multi-agent system inside an enterprise are not the same scope. Instead of showing a misleading starting price, we define the components and services that are actually included.
03Do you need access to our SAP system before the demo?＋
No. Live SAP access is not required for the first conversation or product evaluation. If a real-system connection or pilot is needed, its technical and security scope is approved separately.
04Are cloud and on-premise options available?＋
Yes. NeKu AI can be evaluated as a managed cloud service or an on-premise deployment. The appropriate model is selected with your data, network and security requirements.
05What is included in the quote?＋
The quote states the selected products, integration and adaptation scope, deployment model, rollout steps and support terms. A pilot or additional development is listed separately when required.
06Is a free trial available?＋
NeKu AI is a sales-assisted enterprise product. Trial or pilot availability is scoped after the use case and required technical preparation have been assessed.
